My first visit was a very very pleasant one. I was made to feel very welcome. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
My wife had referred me to Dental Excellence and based on her recommendation I scheduled an appointment. I have never received such great customer service and professionalism ever. Not to mention the dental care I received was excellent. I would highly recommend Dental Excellence to one and all.
Had a great experience at Dr. Carpenters dental office today. Everyone is so nice .

I just switch to dental excellence of Napoleon this year and it has just been wonderful. Everyone there very helpful, nice, and professional. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!
Thank you for having such a wonderful and caring staff. I did not have an appointment. I made the mistake of calling the wrong office and showed up with no warning. Everyone was so understanding and worked me anyways. Thank you Sara for working through your lunch break! Thank you Dr. Gamble for also taking the time and working me in. I will be back :)
Dr. Augustine did a great job with my filling today! Even though it wasn't fun, as it was my first time, he was very kind and gentle!
