Laurie at the front desk, Kylie (dental assistant ), Dr. Carpenter, & last but not least the pretty Lady who submits our insurance claim & puts up w/ all that nonsense to assure we get as much coverage as possible(didn't get her name) , eased ALL my fears ! I was terrified to get my teeth pulled & the whole process of dentures ! But no more ! I am actually excited to proceed ! I will follow up !! thank you all at Dental Excellence !
The staff is so friendly and polite. Doctor Carpenter makes you feel like family.
