Staff are competent and pleasant - a variety of patient comfort enhancements are available - TV, hot neck pillows, coffee, cookies, etc. But it comes at a price - quite a bit of up selling to various services not covered by dental insurance or of dubious medical benefit. Quite of bit more expensive for services so your insurance's UCR won't cover a decent portion.
The staff is always so nice! I always have a great dental experience when I come in! Thank you for all that you do!
Was extremely scared of the dentist before I met Dr. Augustine and Dr. Gamble. They were incredible. Deanna was awesome too. The receptionists are pleasant and always upbeat. I would recommend Dental Excellence to anyone! I already have another appointment scheduled!

After more years than I'm willing to admit. My first visit at your office was great. You treated me kindly and made me part of the group and I didn't just sit there not knowing what's going on. I was given kind gentle care and I don't fear going back for the rest of my treatments.
In this world, it's hard to find someone who is genuine & truly cares. Dr. Carpenter is not only that, but he's created an atmosphere where a person can come & get their teeth treated without feeling anxious. Thanks for creating that atmosphere for us!
I've had to have a lot of work done in just a couple of months and Dr.Augustine is by far the very best doctor I've been to,him and all the girls take their time to really listen to your concerns and your fears,they go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible..
Today was my first day at Dr. Carpenters office. I liked the goody bags, my dental hygienist Jessica, the service while waiting, and how clean my teeth looked afterwards. It was a great first experience and I didn't have any cavities!
I cannot say enough how glad I am that I found this dental office! The Dentists and their staff go above and beyond! Exceptional care and professional dentistry! What more can you want? Awesome!
