Everyone I know has always dreaded going to the dentist; but not any more. You are greeted so politely by the receptionist, whisked back by the hygienist, laid down in a comfortable bed, and asked if you prefer a hot or cold neck-wrap. The conversation is light and cheery, and before you know it, you're being greeted by the dentist for a double check, and Bingo, you're out the door, but not before you're offered a yummy cookie.
My six year old puked while getting his traysx rays. The staff was so nice to him about it, so he didn't feel embarrassed or anything!

Although I was there a few hours, a lot was accomplished. Good directions were given for what I needed to do when I got home.
I came to Dr. Carpenter's office as a new patient with nerve damage and a broken from tooth due to a metal bar I was working with flying loose and hitting me in the mouth. Dr. Carpenter spent 4 hours with me explaining the processes and doing the necessary work needed I left his with a temporary front tooth and a smile.
