A dentist appt is not particularly my favorite way to spend time, but here I was pleasantly surprised at how the whole staff makes it "an event" to NOT be feared! Their office is up to date technically as well as their approach to customer service. The free initial exam/x-rays are quite a gracious gift - thank you! It did take quite a while for this first visit (I wasn't quite expecting that), but I do appreciate the attention they took for laying a good solid base for the coming years.

Was very please with the care both of my daughters received from the dental hygienist and dentist today in the office. The girls did not want tot leave because they were so comfortable in the chair watching the Disney channel. As a parent I was very well informed about the treatment my children where receiveing.

The hygienist, Sara, did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my teeth. She was very caring and really wanted the best for me!

I drive over 60 miles to Dental Excellence of Napoleon and it is well worth the drive! Dr. Carpenter is an incredible, accomplished dentist who keeps up to date on all procedures. His staff is just as wonderful! They are fun, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!!! Simply the best!!!

I will NEVER again be SCARED to go to the Dentist! Jessica was VERY NICE and GENTLE, even the shots DIDN'T hurt that much. She done an EXCELLENT job of cleaning my teeth and made SURE that each tooth and space was free of tarter, my teeth have NEVER been this CLEAN! Then she gave me items to use at home and explained how to use each item so that I can take BETTER care of my teeth and gums and prevent future problems. My Husband waited for me in the Waiting Room and says that he really APPRECIATED the HOSPITALITY from the wom... read more

My daughter-Mckenna Witte was in on Sept 4 for the first time and when we left she said at "this dentist I was not nervous at all they explained everything they were doing mom"!For my middle child who had been there and had to go on her birthday when I told her she was going on her day off from school and her birthday said "yeah".Believe me that is a long way coming as she used to cry for days on end if she knew she hadan appt coming up.
