I was asked to volunteer at the Hospital from 11:30 'till 4:30. After saying "yes" I looked at the calendar and saw that I had a 10:30 Dental Appointment. Could I make it? The pretty girls there sped things up as much as they could and lo and below, I got there in time. They are all so nice at Dental Excellence that you don't mind spending time there. The Dentist is even a nice guy.
Dental Excellence is awesome and Missy did a great job cleaning my teeth. They all treat you like you are family!!!
I waited too long to come your care! Our family owns a "personal care" business of a different nature, yet still the attention to details that enable clientele to feel "comfortable" as well as welcome and cared for, are so important to us. "Everyone" at your facility accomplished this my entire visit! Great staff at Dental Excellence.
The staff seems to actually care about your comfort and experience you endure while you're there. It's nice to know that they care about you and even enough to take the time to get to know you as a person.
I am always pleased with the Dental Hygienist. Deanna is just a delight and does an excellent job with my cleaning. Dr. Carpenter is very professional and pleasant. In fact the whole staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I might have. I am very satisfied with Dr. Carpenters business of Dental Excellence. Susie McLimans

This was my first visit to this office for myself but I'd taken my children (all 5 and under) in December and I am thoroughly impressed! They treated the kids with incredible gentleness and patience. I was, of course, nervous of my children in a new dentist office after a poor experience with a past dentist office, but I shouldn't have been concerned!
