I was very pleased with the care I received during my first visit to the office. Staff was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable.
I was impressed before I even entered the building. I felt welcomed as I opened my car door and heard music playing outside the building. When I walked in I was not disappointed. The office was clean I was greeted as I walked in and told to help myself to the beverage bar and where the bathrooms were. The bathroom was clean. I was called back and given a tour of the facility. As a person with an extreme hatred of dentists, they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and was ok with everything going on. Even to the point of getting me a stuffed animal when I asked for one. The crew here definitely make it a place I will continue to come back to.
My son (Asa) and I HATE and are AFRAID of Dentists! But, your staff makes it more bearable, almost pleasurable! Missy and Dr. Gamble were great (and I didn't catch the name of the other girl that helped us... She did my blood pressure, x-rays, she was also very friendly and accommodating). Can't say we "look forward" to coming...but the "dread" level is decreasing! Thank you for that!!! ??
Dr. Mike and his staff are top notch with their patient care! I am a very anxious person when it comes to dental care, and with my past dental experiences elsewhere I was greatly concerned until a friend of mine provided me with a referral to meet with Dr. Mike. These guys always go the extra mile to make sure patients are as comfortable as possible. Need to relax? Warm neck pillow. Cold? They bring you a blanket. Terrified of needles in any way shape or form? Laughing gas to take the edge off. The staff is very kind, and Doctor Gamble is always courteous and friendly.
Fell asleep on their couch for an hour. Didn't get molested. No one drew on my face either. They have a keurig and granola bars. Pretty sold.
From the time I walked in till I left, I was very impressed at the friendliness, professional atmosphere and the "WOW" factor. Not like any other Dentist I've been to before. Highly recommend!
