I went to another dentist for 15 years that overcharged me, pressured me into services, and was not friendly to my young son. I've been going to Dental Excellence for a few years, and WOW!! The staff is so friendly (rare for medical staff) and they offer great amenities for patients and really treat you like they care. They are an example of how a dental practice should be!!
Excellent service Best dentist there is never have no problems answer all your questions they'll take their time with you etc.
This is the best dentists office around. I drive from Ottawa to their office due to their efficient, effective team here. My hygentist today Sara, was polite, well spoken and kind. And did a fantastic job. Their dental plan they offer in office is worth every penny too. Thanks again for easing the anxiety of going to the dentist.
I totally drew a mind blank and missed my morning appointment for my six month cleaning! The staff were so nice and called right away and got me re-scheduled that same afternoon! I also love that I consistently see the same hygienist Sarah and the rapport that we have established. The customer service is amazing and the office is so nice, I highly recommend Dental Excellence of Napoleon.
Always polite, thorough and willing to work with us about anything. As close as going to the spa as a dentist can get. I highly recommend any of the doctors at this office, and especially Missy the hygienist. See you in six months!
I was freaking out about coming to the dentist. I haven't had many good experiences with dentists. However, I was made to feel comfortable and everyone I met helped me to calm my fears and anxieties. I would most definitely recommend Dental Excellence to anyone, especially those with fears about going to the dentist.
Jessica used a different cleaning method and I really liked it better than the previous method. She is a true professional. Thank you very much.
