Very pleased with the services provided.
I am so happy I went to Dr. Carpenter's for a tooth extraction. I want a dentist that can take care of all my needs that might arise. I trust Dr. Carpenter to tell me truthfully what procedures are in my best interest. The staff is amazing and make you feel very welcomed.
I am a girly girl and love over the top but this office is over the top and I'm not sure if that's a good thing. Whatever happened to giving away a good free toothbrush and toothpaste? The bag itself probably cost a lot more than the items inside. Regardless, it was an interesting experience and everyone did a decent job. However I did not feel I was in the hands of experts more like Fake Hollywood flare in NAPOLEON
After searching for a new dentist we decided to try Dental Excellence. We were not disappointed. Everyone was super friendly, caring and informative.
I had a great visit. A very friendly staff and a quick and painless cleaning makes it easy to see why I'll keep going here for my dental care. Thanks again.
We had an emergency with my mother in law and this was the only office open that would take her. I checked in defiance and Bryan and other surrounding cities and no one could help us but this office. They took the time to squeeze her in and helped her immediately. Also the service was beyond the most friendliest and the most kindness we have ever had. We will continue going here and I recommend this office to everyone!
The climate of this dentist office is EXCELLENCE. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Vincenza, the dental assistant, described everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable since it was my first cleaning there. Sara, the dental hygienist, asked about my family (who have already been there and loved it), and described every part of the cleaning process. You walk in and are greeted by two or three beautiful ladies all with beautiful smiles. Another beautiful lady takes you back and seats you in a very comfortable chair and asks if you wish a hot or cold neck pillow. After she makes you "Oh so comfortable", another beautiful lady welcomes you and asks how your family is doing. The rest is history, another Day in the Park.
