I had to get all my wisdon teeth extracted and was a little timid about going to the dentist. The staff from receptionists to dental hygienist to dentist is amazing! I will tell everyone I know that Dental Excellence of Napoleon is more then just a name they are like family to you when you walk in and they exceed any expectations you have!
You never really WANT to go to a Dentist, but Dr. Carpenter and his staff make it painless!
Dr. Augustine is FANTASTIC with kids!!! My girls have been terrified of dental work and aren't anymore, thanks to such a wonderful dentist and other employees.
I love the friendly staff and consistent follow up.
I take my daughter to Dental Excellence and love how good everyone is with her! She used to hate going to the dentist but since our switch last spring she loves it! She is always excited about going now and randomly asks between visits when she gets to go back. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. In glad we made the switch!

I was so blown away by this dentist office. The staff was very friendly. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by name and then given a tour of the office. The lady introduced me to all of the staff and then took a few minutes to get to know me personally. She then introduced me to the hygienist and related what I had told her so the hygienist would know me better. They walked me through each step so I would know what was going on at any moment. I love Missy, she does a great job on my teeth. She's so friendly, in fact everyone in the office is friendly.
