Everyone is always so friendly. Missy is the best! She does so well with special needs people. Very much appreciate time and caring she gives.
I have been having a lot of dental work done at Dental Excellence since March. My favorite thing to do is smile and now I get many compliments on my smile! I have more work to be done, but since coming to Dental Excellence my fear of the Dentist is so much better! They are all just really caring people there. Thank you to Dr. Carpenter and all the staff! I can't wait till all my work is complete. Then I won't ever stop smiling!
Missy always takes excellent care of me when it's time for a cleaning or any procedure. So does the entire very friendly staff. It's very comforting to come there. I had been very sick for several weeks, and wasn't sure I was ready to come for a cleaning, but, Missy and all the other girls there put me right at ease, took their time, kept me warm and hydrated during my visit and were very concerned I had only the best experience possible. That is why I come back every time. The care level and experience is phenomenal.
All went well with the cleaning. Good exam from Dr. Carpenter, no problems. Love the new dental office!
I'm so thankful for Dr. Carpenter and his team. I get a little anxious at the dentist and he and his team are kind, wonderful and sensitive. They talk me through each step of my dental care. I'm blessed to have Dr. Carpenter and team for my dental care. I would recommend this team to anyone! Thank you for all you do!

I'm never nervous about going to the dentist since I've been going to Dental Excellence of Napoleon! Dr. Carpenter and his staff are all so friendly and do whatever they can to make sure I'm happy and comfortable! I tell everyone how awesome they are and my teeth are the healthiest they've ever been!
I arrived prior to my appointment and was greeted professionally and moved into my room quite quickly. However, once in the room I waited almost 30 minutes before the Hygienist arrived. Other than the lengthy wait everything was professional and my appointment went well. I know you just recently moved into your new facility and are working out some of the "glitches" so I am not dissatisfied at all. Thought you might want to know of the wait. Thank you
My dental cleaning was terrific. Deanna, Dr. Michael, check-in and setup folks were more than friendly and helpful. I used to DREAD the dentist and in fact didn't go for nearly 27 years. But here at Dental Excellence they stress dental care/preventive maintenance which means happier checkups and cleanings for me! Thanks to all the crew!
