It was my first time going there with my son and they had told me the first cleaning was free with an free xray blah blah blah. then they asked if I wanted my son to get the fluoride treatment and I said yes to that knowing the cost was only going to be like $30 and when I was ready to pay my total was $100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so mad. Like what if I didn't have that money?! I feel like they tricked me..

We apologize if there was a misunderstanding. We offer free new patient exams and x-rays, but not free new patient cleanings. We absolutely would never try to trick anyone into anything.
I was apprehensive about having a procedure done. The staff was very professional and caring. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the team of professionals at Dental Excellence! Thank you Dr Carpenter and staff for the excellent care you give your patients!

They live up to their name! From friendly greeting upon entering to the knowledgeable staff. Only complaint is the whole appointment took over an hour.
Any professional that I have had assist me in the office is nothing but kind and helpful. My two main caregivers, Dr. Gamble and our hygienist, Missy, are top notch. Dr. Gamble is personable and always makes sure that I am comfortable during my procedures. Missy has worked her dental magic on both my 9 and 5 year old, and they love coming to visit. I trust any of the dentists with my family's care, as I believe they share the same vision and work as a team to provide quality dental care for our community.
My experience was very positive. The office is beautiful and first class. The staff is very friendly. I felt my cleaning and experience was very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to others.
As always, I have been received with professional friendliness, my wait time is minimal, and I am comfortably situated in the dentist chair, which gave me a gentle massage! The hygienist (Jessica) was gentle but thorough. i believe Dr. Carpenter (my dentist) and all the professionals at Dental Excellence are making sure they do everything possible to keep their clients teeth healthy.
I HATE going to the dentist, so I had not been to one in approximately 5 years. The staff and doctors at Dental Excellence were very understanding of my fears and concerns and worked diligently to put me at ease. They explained the issues I had in detail and kept me informed each step of the way through the treatment. My visit was the best experience I have EVER had at a dentist's office. Thank you all so much!!
