Our wonderful experience(s)--I've taken my son 3 times now--begin from the moment you walk in the door. The receptionist is super friendly, and takes notice of my little one standing beside me. We wait (not long at all), watching a movie in the kids' area of the lobby. The dental assistants are all friendly, talkative, and interested in who we are as people--not just patients. Dr. Carpenter and his team were just excellent in tending to me and the work that I had to have done. Everything was explained to me and done in a most timely manner. I did not even feel like I was in a dental chair getting my teeth worked on. I felt right at home. So, I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter and his staff. Try them and you will love them!

My daughter was terrified after finding out that she was going to have one of her teeth pulled. The staff at Dental Excellence made her feel comfortable and anxiety free the whole time we were there. She actually said she had fun when we got in the car to go home! We will definitely be having our dental services done with Dental Excellence of Napoleon from now on. They were absolutely amazing!

Friendly caring comfort never experienced that in my life for the dentist
I brought my 16 month old son into the office a few weeks ago, and I was highly impressed with Dental Excellence's new office! Their waiting room is geared toward kids, with books about teeth and water paint boards. Once by son was in the chair (on Grandmas lap) he was offered a light-up tooth brush to engage his curious mind. Long story short, the hygienist and Dr. Gamble were great and there were NO TEARS from my baby on his first dentist visit. We can not wait to come back in 6 months!
