Anyone needing dental work done must travel to Napoleon and meet this team. They are a team that is friendly but always professional. They set their standards very high and meet them every time. Dr. Carpenter and his staff compare to no others in NW Ohio!
We had been back from Arizona for a couple days and one of my teeth had been hurting. It had been broken and capped many, many years ago. Tuesday morning I touched it and discovered it was loose. My former dentist in Bryan had retired and I was planing on getting a new dentist later this summer. I phoned Dental Excellence and related my problem to them and by noon the tooth was extracted. Just went in for my six month checkup and cleaning. Sarah is awesome! Always very helpful and compassionate person. Loved the massage chair as I had a "crick" in my back the last two days. Felt much better after!!! Almost no pain at all today! Got the massage thrown in for the price of a teeth cleaning...what a deal!
The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Down to earth and makes you feel at home.

The is the most incredible dental office I have ever been to. So friendly and inviting. It looks like a spa/lodge/home and it feels like home. I can in an the receptionist shook my hand n welcomed me. She was so sweet. There is coffee, little fridge juice water and even adult coloring books. A super neat kids area also. There was a sweet and helpful dental hygienists one who helped you fill out paper work if you are a new patient. They is a awesome and accommodation. This place was amazing. The people who work here are very nice and make you very comfortable. I am not fond of dentists and I have no problem ever going back now that I have been to this one.
Wonderful experience! They pamper you and think of your comfort from the time you enter to when you leave. The new office is beautiful and they have the newest techniques to make everything easy and painless .
