I was very satisfied with my visit at the office. Glad to see Dr. Carpenter take care of me and check my teeth. No cavities today which is wonderful. I really believe in the floride method each time I go to the clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter. He has been my dentist ever since he started the dentistry. Hats off to him for the good work on my teeth.
The service is always exceptional! I was a little taken back that the receptionist couldn’t remember who I was. I have been coming regularly with my kids for orthodontist appointments and have been a customer for many many years. I wasn’t too fond of the receptionist talking to someone else about personal stuff in the lobby. Nobody wants to hear that. Maybe play some music in the waiting room
The facility is bright, clean and has the latest technology with skilled and pleasant people who serve their guests. Missy was pleasant , performed a great cleaning on my teeth while being very professional. I would recommend dental excellence to anyone who wants the best care of their teeth
Never before been to a dental office that has such wonderful customer service. The comfort items are extremely helpful for those with anxiety about dental treatment. And an office complete with orthodontic services makes it convenient for our entire family to receive treatment!
Was greeted with such a friendly face from receptionist to the full staff with every step I took, it made me feel o welcomed and that I matter! First visit and first time I can say I felt like retired Dr. Burns had some competition if still around!! Took almost 2 hours so that should tell you how much they all cared about the quality & my own understanding about my teeth. My wait time was maybe 20 minutes if that!!!
I would not go anywhere else for my routine dental care!!! Top notch care by everyone!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr Gamble does a GREAT job making sure you are comfortable and without pain. He is prompt, honest and compassionate. From what I have seen, he is very good with his staff as well. That also is something I look at. I feel if a Dr can treat his staff with kind words, joke around and be a kind, decent person with staff, he will be great to the patients! Thank God for someone like him.
