I was very anxious going to the dentist. I was greeted by every staff member I met with a warm smile and a handshake. I received a tour of the office before my treatment. The staff took time to learn about me and address my concerns. All my questions were answered promptly. My experience was wonderful and I highly recommend Dental Excellence to anyone seeking high quality and friendly treatment.

I had an implant done at another dentist office a couple years ago. It became loose. The other dentist had since retired and I wanted to change my Provider anyhow. So I came to Dental Excellence. Dr. Carpenter used a lot of ingenuity to drill into the existing cap and tighten the screw. It was all done in one visit. I didn't have to have a whole new cap made. I am extremely pleased with his work, his expertise.
I’ve been going to Dr. Carpenter for at least 7 years. As I’ve reviewed before, I travel over an hour to go here. It’s definitely worth the drive. Yesterday I needed an emergency tooth extraction. I called to see if they could fit me in the next day and unbelievably, they were able to accommodate me. The whole staff is wonderful - everyone's aim is to please. I was very satisfied with my visit at the office. Glad to see Dr. Carpenter take care of me and check my teeth. No cavities today which is wonderful. I really believe in the floride method each time I go to the clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter. He has been my dentist ever since he started the dentistry. Hats off to him for the good work on my teeth.

I have never been in a dental office as attentive to your overall well-being and dental care as this one. If you're chilly, they bring you a blanket and a neck warmer. The chair even has a vibrator that you can control. The hygienist is professional and thorough. Dr. Gamble answers every question and takes time to chat with you. I really believe this entire office cares about you, your teeth and the total experience.
