The receptionist was friendly and cheerful, also was the staff. Very professional and kind.
I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and the staff and doctor made sure I was comfortable and not stressed. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly!! I'm so glad that I switched dentists to Dental Excellence.
Very personable doctors and workers that try exceptionally hard to make you comfortable and enjoy the visit. Only complaint, which is completely unrelated, is my future bill 😁.
From the time we walked in the door, until we walked out, we were treated very well! The entire staff was so friendly. The front desk was very welcoming, the lady that took us back was very pleasant, the doctor took plenty of time explaining things to us and had so much knowledge to share and the woman that went over the financial part was very sweet and helpful also. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything, they take their time with you and make you feel comfortable. I'm very glad that I decided to go there.
This was the first time that we at this office and the experience was great. From the time that we entered to the time that we left we were treated like family. I asked my mom if we could keep going here instead of where we usually go.
We just switched to Dental Excellence and my kids absolutely loved their experience! I'm a teacher in my son's class and he came back to school and told his friends all about it!
They did a complete examination,some of which I never had never had done and discovered a problem.it will be taken care of in March.all the staff was very friendly and outgoing, making sure I was comfortable with them.they even give you a little gift bag at the end of your visit....thank you for that.i would recommend dental excellence to my family and friends.i like Dr. Gamble and the staff there.your group is awesome.
