All the office staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Carpenter greeted me with warm compassion prior to my exam. Sarah is an awesome hygienist! I thank Dr. Carpenter for offering his "dental insurance" for those of us who do not have coverage...
Dr Carpenter saw my son and removed a broken tooth. Dr Carpenter was amazing with my child and talked to him like he was an adult. I will not take my children to any other dentist office other than Dental Excellence.

The staff was very professional and friendly. I appreciate all the information and thoroughness of the staff. The only thing I wasn’t expecting it to take so long. I was a little stressed because I had to go back to work. I would just let New patients know ahead of time. But I was thrilled that I got in sooner than my original appointment.
