The staff was so kind as I was setting up appointments and in the office. I very much appreciate all the help that was given to me setting up my son's appointment.
I think that Dr Gambel from Dental Excellence is a wonderful caring person . He is considerate and not in a hurry. If he is in a rush he doesn't let me know anyway! I would recommend Dental Excellence to all our friends! And the new building is so easy to get to. Since we drive on the expressway to get there now we can exit right near the office!
I love going to Dental Excellence. Everyone was so great to me. It starts as soon as I walk in the door! I have been having a lot of work done and more to come on my smile and I love to smile! Thank you to Dr. Carpenter and the whole staff. You need to check out Dental Excellence....its the BEST!!!

I was in Napoleon visiting relatives when I got an awful toothache.I was told to try Dental Excellance I was a walk in and the fit me right in. They where very polite and comforting.
Very impressed with the facilities and with Elizabeth's tour. She gave an excellent of all the procedures she was going to do. The Doctor was very good in his explanation. I was impressed with all personnel.

As you walk in the building, you are greeted by a beautiful receptionist who seems to have known you all of your life. You are then taken back by another really cute girl who gets you ready and makes you comfortable with a really nice warm neck pillow. And then you are taken care of by a hygenist who is ever so gentle but so very thorough. Dr. Carpenter and his staff are simply the best. I drive over 60 miles to go there, so that says something. Patient comfort is of the utmost importance from the heated neck pillows to the tv's and heated massage exam chairs. I've needed extensive care and I trust no place else but here. Everyone is friendly, conscientious, and knowledgeable. Love it here!
