I am VERY impressed by my recent (first) experience with Dental Excellence. I came in for a screening, x-rays, and whitening impressions. From the time I was greeted at the door until I exited, I felt like a very well-informed and highly valued patient. Every person I encountered was VERY friendly, very professional, and during my check up I was walked through each step; making me feel very comforted. The staff always makes me feel comfortable with their patience, knowledge and time. I've never felt rushed in my appointment time or making a decision on future procedures.

This place makes me feel at home. I am so relaxed when I go I can fall asleep in the chair. I like seeing and hearing about all the up to date technology. Can't wait to see the new building.

Great experience at my appointment. Melissa is always so professional, friendly and precise in doing her job. Such a great feeling after I have had my teeth cleaned.
From the minute you walk in the door, to the moment you are checked out...you are given the 5 Star treatment. I would highly recommend them to friends or Family!
Missy is fabulous and is always so good with my sister with special needs. She makes her feel comfortable and treats her with respect. Dr. Carpenter is great as well! All staff is pleasant to deal with.
