They were all very nice and took the time to give a tour. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I will be going back.
Everyone was so welcoming and kind!
First of all, I travel over an hour to go to Dr. Carpenter. That says a lot right there. Not only is he a great dentist, his staff is fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was my first visit to the "new" office. I can only describe it as incredible. The chairs have massage and heat and there are two tvs in the rooms (one on the ceiling). This practice provides everything to make your visit calming, comfortable, and stress-free. I highly recommend Dental Excellence of Napoleon!
I couldn't ask for more personalized care. The entire staff acts professionally and very friendly. I've been with this group for years and would recommend them to anyone. The new facility is amazingly beautiful.
As in any medically related procedure. the fact of trust makes the process easier. When you trust those who help you monitor your health it is a "value added" benefit to your well being. Dr. Carpenter and the entire staff at Dental Excellence, gives you that sense of trust. You get honest, caring evaluation and treatment, whether it's cleaning, cavities, crowns, or complete re-construction You know you trust the care you've been given.
My dental visit was amazing! The new office is beautiful and you feel so at home. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. My dental hygienist is a professional lovely person and I cannot thank her enough for the great care she gives me. Thank you again Dr. Carpenter!
A year ago I decided I wanted to seek a dentist that would listen to my needs. I have had dentures since the age of 16 years. I am now 78 years old. I have had both good and bad experiences in the past. But my experience at Dental Excellence, from beginning to end, was very much like going to a spa! Ok so I have a fear/ dislike of the dentist, I have been having trouble with my wisdom teeth, I decided that I need them looked at. Knowing how kind the team at Dental excellence was with my husband and kids made me start to feel ok to go. The pain got more so I finally called and everyone was very kind and understanding and reassuring to make my time there be the most fearful time for me.
