I am always pleased with my scheduled cleaning. I really like my dental hygienist and dental doctor. They are both professional and very friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints. This customer is very satisfied with Dental Excellence in Napoleon, Ohio!
Had my first appointment and, while I can't say I'm looking forward to upcoming dental work, the staff and atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I can say I'm looking forward to my future healthy, bright smile!
I love the friendly, understanding people at the Dental Excellence office. Even when I'm running a few minutes late and have had a very rough couple of months, they don't rush me or scold me. They are real people serving real people.
When I first walked in the office I was greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff made me feel comfortable. The exam chairs are relaxing. Above all I found the employees to be considerate and knowledgeable.

WE LOVE this place! They are always SO kind and put my kids at such ease! I will never go anywhere else!
I was very happy with everyone there except for Courtney she was rude and talk to me like I was a studio person when I was over charged and I called about charges and all she could say was we calculate high took me 5 months to get some of my money back still $100 short I don't think I'll be going there again she said you had over $3000 in work you didn't do me a favor it's called Delta Dental I work for my insurance.
My first visit was great! Everyone there were so welcoming. They go above and being to make you comfortable. I absolutely loved it their I highly recommend going to dental excellence of Napoleon. They make going to the dentist a lot easier ??
