After purchasing a new build property we decided to make a statement of the downstairs toilet and treated ourselves to a Japanese Toto and luxe tiles - Wow! Napier were recommended to us by friends and they were great. We needed a full flat design and refurbishment carried out. Napier Bathrooms & Interiors went above and beyond for us. We are delighted with the results. Project managed wonderfully by Johnny and his team. Highly recommended.
The installation of my ensuite by Napier Bathrooms was fraught with mistakes and I do not recommend this company. Their website states that “our bathrooms are built to last”. Given the number of issues that I have already encountered, I do not share this view. The first install of the tileable shower tray, carried out by Napier Renovations in March 2022, lasted only 2 months, before there was movement in the tiles and water leaking.
