First class ‘attention to detail’, from the first meeting with Jack, followed by brilliant service from Anthony and Steve, the project management and workmanship could not have been better, all super helpful in every way. From the beginning of our visit to the showroom to the completion of the porcelain floor we couldn’t be happier. Nothing was too much trouble, from the numerous samples delivered to us, to the excellent services of Ryan our fitter who coped with our uneven floor with ease. We thoroughly recommend Naos as a flooring company.
Naos installed our wooden floor 8 years ago, it’s lasted brilliantly but needed a bit of a refresh this autumn. The guys were brilliant beginning to end and the floor is back to its original glory.
Naos installed a herringbone floor in our kitchen as well as refinished the existing wooden floor in the rest of the house. Throughout the process, Jack was highly responsive and attentive. With everything running to schedule, the rest of the team ensured that the installation was as high quality as the product. Very happy with the finished product, we will be sourcing new carpets from Naos very soon.
