I have found my second favorite doctor, now I have 2, at Sutter Health. Dr. Nancy Luo is a very good listener. She is patient, calm, kind, attentive, smart and in my opinion a great Doctor. She diagnosed and is treating conditions even I was unaware of. I feel very comfortable and confident being under the care of Dr. Lou. Thank you Sutter Health.
Dr. Luo gave me her full attention, took the appointment at a pace that was comfortable (not rushed), and was thoughtful and reasonable about "next steps" for me.
Dr. Lou is an excellent cardiologist. She listens very well and takes the time to thoughtfully and thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options.
