Terrible service. Expensive charge for travel that was not disclosed in initial phone call despite being in the same postcode area as the company. A plumber arrived, said he would get some parts to fix the toliet in the same day and then charged a ridiculous price for simply turning up. He then did not respond to any calls or texts for 5 hours.
