Best Japanese food ever – This place is definately my favorite place in Pittsburgh to eat. I recommend it to all of my friends.
Good Food, OK service,Pricey, SNEEKY owners!!!! – My boyfriend and I have been going to Nakama for years and have been pretty happen with it. LAME-O – Trying to buy positive reviews buy offering customers a $10 gift certificate is LAME. Shouldn't good food, good service speak for themselves? There are plenty of other great sushi houses in town. I think i'll go to one today and leave an extra $10 for the waiter/waitress. Sorry Nakama, but you lost me.
FINALLY A GREAT SUSHI SPOT THE SOUTHSIDE! – I absolutely am the most obsessed with sampling sushi and sushimi every where I go. Pittburgh is home base for me and I am so happy there is finally a place right down the road that makes me feel like I am in some amazing foreign place. The atmosphere at Nakama may even rival the fantastic food. Even if you do not like sushi, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out if you are in a 60 mile radius of it. I LOVE NAKAMA!!! PS. Take advantage of the valet service.
Best Sushi anywhere and a great dining experiance!! – Nakama is a wonderful resturant that serves the best sushi and japanese food in town. The dining experiance is very relaxing. The chefs cook in front of you and the food is amazing!! You can also choose to sit else where in the resturant where the chef does not cook in front of you. The decsion is yours! Great Party Spot – Recently I celebrated my 30th birthday @ Nakama. Nakama was able to accommodate a table for 20 of us. I can't tell you anywhere else in town that can pull that off at one large table. It was a crowd pleaser for several other reasons. First is the obvious, the chefs are fun to interact with. Best Japanese I have ever had! – I absolutely love eating at Nakama! It is a wonderful place for special occasions because they accommodate large groups and the customer service is amazing as well as entertaining!
