You need to work on making sure all your customers are happy. Everybody don't want a free. Took my daughter for her birthday. my bills was over $100. The waitress was very rude. I got Management and they were just as rude. Talking about us with the waitress. I called and spoke with management the next day. All she said was "well i spoke with another female earlier and offered her a comp ticket". I wasn't calling for anything free.
