They're known for having RODENTS!!! back in 2016 someone I know was there eating and stayed behind to chit chat and seen one...now in 2019 a friend of mine JUST went there and seen one as well... THREE YEAR DIFFERENCE and you guys still have rodents amongst your establishment!!! the health department needs to shut this place down ASAP until the problem is taken care of...

This place has been trending downhill for a couple of years now. Food is typically good, but hit or miss at this point. The service for pretty much everything, takeout, hibachi, and sushi bar, are horrendous. Long waits, no efforts to remedy or even recognize poor experiences, and chaotic organization of all these systems, are the typical at this once well oiled joint. NAKAMA- what happened? Last time came to eat here not one server came to serve us at the sushi bar. Had to ask a busser to get our checks after we were finally served by the manager(maybe?) Fast forward- ordered to go rolls over an hour ago. Sitting waiting for them to find out the restaurant “didn’t make them” after saying it would be 20 mins. Then for their mistake they offer 20% off??? Joke. I used to recommend this place to anyone from out of town for great sushi and hibachi but maybe not anymore.
service,chef,bar staff awful.used to be our favorite place to eat hibatchi. it has taken a terrible turn for the worse.
