I applied for a renewal, was taking too long, I cancelled the application & asked for a refund, they said it will take 3 months. It's been 14 weeks and now they're ignoring my messages. I will take this matter further.

Paid more than double for what pak id charge and still not received my card five months later. Avoid these scammers
They are not a official Nadra centre they Private Company Selling Services please do not trap your self off course they are charging you may not know Good Luck
At first I got their link from Pakistani High Commission website which tells that they are partners. I just wanted to update permanent address on my cards and paid over £400 for a so called Premium Service. These guys took 6 months to process and never finished the job. I called Nadra head office myself in the end and provided them with what was required. 6 months of wait and job not done.
