Delivery was great although it turned up without the mattress but that arrived less than one week later. Sofa had minor damage on right arm where some of the velvet had been torn which was a shame. Sofa is not that comfy. I hope it may get comfier over time. It looks nice bar the right arm damage which whilst minor took the new glow off it.
Quality has gone seriously downhill. Bought a 4 seater Lok sofa with Jubilee fabric in November and, while it looks great: 1. Cushions are a bit thin, soft and not very supportive. It’s just not a comfortable sofa. 2. Fabric is already bobbling up - after two months! Had a corner sofa in Jubilee fabric years ago and it was very comfortable and the fabric super durable. Four years on, it looked barely worn. Very disappointing.
I have 3/4 Nabru sofas now in my house including two large corner sodas and a sofabed with footstall bed all fantastic highly recommend and fabulous customer service.
