I had my second cataract surgery at St Stephensgate on 28th July. Wow! Such a professional caring service from my first consultation with Kevin through to my op. Thank you to Mr Illingworth for performed the op for me which took about 20 minutes in all. I really liked the fact that I was informed every step of the way what was happening. It was all very slick and I was sent home with great aftercare. Thank you to all the amazing staff concerned you know who you are. ♥️
Very professional service, this is how the NHS should run. Mr Illingworth has a very good way with patients and explained procedure all the way through. All staff very cheerful and helpful, particularly Carole who went the extra mile what a lovely lady.
