Went for tyre change n brake check. Made an appt for 2pm. Came back at 2pm and went straight in. Tyres all inspected. Suggested tyre rotation which we did. Shows they were more interested in overall car care than a quick in n out. I was impressed that mechanic used a torque wrench on all the nuts so was reassured they were all on properly. Brakes were inspected and found faulty so another appt for another day. Test drove car and no fault.
