Regressive management, antiquated dusty stock offerings, no attention given to smart home / automation tech (further testament to the myopic leadership), no eCommerce presence (their website literally just has some contact details with no Point of Sale) despite old stock sitting unpurchased on shelves, rotting dead rodents in store, no running water, due to not paying the £10 hosepipe fee to a business across the road, not headed anywhere, likely bust in next 5 years.
