They do not allow you to cross state lines to any state except California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Colorado. This is not disclosed at the time of reservation, but only at pickup - at which point you are unable to cancel your reservation without forfeiting the full charge. Unacceptable.

they would really deserve a rating of negative 2 or 3, not 1, because ratings are for businesses, not for robberies. a friend of mine came to visit me in arizona, and took out a car by them for 1 day, and also asked for a price for extending the rental if necessary, and he got a reasonable price. after staying for a day, he wanted to extend the rental, but online they didn't let him do it, and they told him there that he has to call in up to a specific time, and if not it's going to cost a totally inflated price [which is fo... read more

Terrible service, location and selection! When we landed, we waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. We would call to determine ETA and the call would either drop or ring without anyone picking up. I did get through once and the rep reassured me that the shuttle was on the way. Returning a car early morning only to find out they aren't open 24/7 had to quickly get a Uber to airport. Wish they would have said something at time of pickup. As I would like receipt!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. I told the associate I wanted to decline the LDW and also the Glass and Tire coverage. They told me I was signing to decline, yet it was to accept. ($236 additional charges billed to me after) The only thing visable on the screen was the signature box. I called and sat on hold for over an hour just for them to tell me there is nothing they can do because it was a legal document and that someone from the location would call me at some point. NEVER EVER will I use this car rental. They have hidden fees that are not listed up front. If you only use cash or a debit card, be prepared for additional fees because they can't do a credit check. That is something else they don't disclose - wanting to do a credit check. The airport shuttle driver jammed us all into the shuttle. Not safe at all!!! Renting from this company was horrible. I've never had to get insurance for a rental because my AAA policy covers as well as my credit card company but this company says they don't honor AAA insurance. I've never heard of such a thing. The lady said your credit card will only cover comp but you have to buy liability. We went back and forth about this but I ended up paying 24.99 a day for liability only. Then the car was dirty. Avoid this company like the China Virus! We booked through ********* and didn't pick up on the small detail that this company was proposed as a "special deal". We booked several months before the trip and stuck the emails in a folder until our trip, comfortable that we had a rental car. This company did not follow the typical airport rental car service. This company attempted to Bill my CC an additional $150.00 one month after the car was returned. Not until I stopped payment and asked specifically what the charge was for did they deny any additional funds should have been charged.
