I had an absolutely terrible experience with this car rental service. I would highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. It took us two hours to get from the airport to the shuttle lot, which should have only taken five minutes due to the lack of shuttle bus service. The check-in process was a nightmare as the computer had to restart, and I was charged twice. The whole nightmare started with shuttle after shuttle being packed and waiting over an hour to be picked up. When getting to the rental place after waiting in a crazy line the guy that helped us out was nice, explained options clicked some boxes and we were off. It was very busy and there were super long lines and felt rushed, got in our car and left. The real story began after returning our car and getting the final bill. 0 stars! On 6/4/23, I attempted to rent a vehicle, but asked that the transaction be voided in its entirety, for different reasons. The car had an alert light displayed on the dashboard, (it had something to do with the battery), as well as the fact that the vehicle was very dirty both inside, outside and it smelled like marijuana. Horrible experience. They add on fees and coverages despite us declining them twice during our pick up. They refuse to give us a refund saying that we didn't provide insurance information. We would have provided it to them if we had known we had too!! This is theft. Do not ever rent from them unless you want to be charged for services/coverages that you never wanted in the first place!

Do not recommend it! As a military family, we have to travel a lot. I found out about this company through the American armed forces website, to which I paid full in advance. I arrived and was met with a ton of possible upcharges. That's fine. I said no, thank you. Then we had a 20 min debate because they did not want to use my insurance USAA. Absolutely terrible all around. Waited in line over an hour outside of the “shack” set up to secure our rental that I had booked online. When I asked why they only had 2 staff working I got attitude and was told that waiting over an hour was “typical” for a car rental place. I can assure you, that’s never been my experience in the past. great price and great service at salt lake. van was waiting in both directions, no lines and car i asked. they did try to upsell but said no BUT PLEASE READ what you sign as I think I added roadside assistance when I initialed all the things - should've said NO!

DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THEM. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BAD SERVICE. WE WERE GIVEN A CAR WITH 2 BALD TIRES ONE LEAKING SO HAD TO TAKE TO A REPAIR SHOP AND GET A TIRE. BACK UP CAMERA DID NOT WORK. I PUT THE CAR ON MY SUNPASS AND THAN THEY CHARGED ME 120.00$ FOR TOLLS. WHEN TRYING TO REACH THEM THEY HANG UP ON YOU. BAD SERVICE. LONG WAIT FOR A CAR.
