They dont even deserve a half a star! I have full coverage on my personal vehicle and because I couldnt find it fast enough the man threatened to cancel my reservation because I was asking questions! He charged me $79 for insurance that I already have was very disrespectful. This place is a joke

Hidden fees. Vehicle with a broken screen/display, so the *** couldn't work, making driving in a new (to me) state unsafe. When I complained about this I was told there was nothing they could do, they didn't try and fix it or compensate me in anyway. I was forced to pay over 100$ for extra insurance, despite having my own full coverage, which they said was b/c my personal car is over 10 years old, but I'm not sure if I believe them.

Warning, what they don't tell you when looking to rent on ********* about NU rental in ********** 1. Unlimited miles but you can't leave the state.2. You have to show your insurance policy to them. If you can't get your policy, after hours, or such, you have to buy theirs.3 NU says .....Our ez pass is built into the car.....$13 a day. If you don't buy their ez pass, IF you go on a toll road they will charge you $50 every time it is used. I rented a passenger van for a business trip. When I arrived I was forced to pay an additional $733 for commercial vehicle insurance. The original cost to rent the vehicle was $850. I was never notified about this mandatory insurance when renting the vehicle. I tried to cancel my reservation and rent 2 cars instead as it would still be cheaper. I was told it was non-refundable and would still be charged $850 even if I wanted to cancel or change the reservation. This company is a bunch of thieves. You cant speak with anyone w... read more

Se descriman por tener lic de P.R descrimina hacia los puertorriqueos Adems cobra seguro exagerados por ser puertorriqueos. Ta extafan diciendo el sun pass porttil es ilegal usar. Mentira .El trato es psimo Te cobran cosas que no pediste .Pero nadie te puede ayudar pq no quieren hablar ********* no ***** lo que te dice violas la ley mentira para aprovecharse y combrar el doble porque t licencia es de *********** y eres descriminado .

NEVER rent from them. Off airport locations. Then no live person when you go to pick up your car. Then you wait and wait and wait

Horrible! First of all, the place was a dump, and people sitting all around staring at us. It makes you feel a little uncomfortable. They were kind of rude, saying that they had no proof of us getting insurance. We proved that we did. Finally get checked in, then we have to go outside, in the dark mind you, to try to find all of the scratches and imperfections on the car. There was many to jot down. **************** does not exist here. Outside the shuttle driver you'd think they were the customers getting poor service with the way they conduct themselves. Their attitude is very clearly, "we got your money and we don't care if you have issues with our seedy fees and scams." The location is also very sketchy which I'm sure is part of their "business" strategy. The greatest blessing from this place was when they refused to give me the car. Awful and rude customer service!!! We were overcharged on our rental with auto and upgrade of a vehicle. We have emailed and called many times and no one helps us with this. In fact one particular service rep laughed and hung up on us! I will never do business with this company again and plan on taking legal matters on this.
