Turned up 3 hours early so I wasn't in. Looked in the WRONG drain, declared it to be fine and charged me £96 for the privilege. Absolute bunch of clowns: avoid at all costs.
I would highly recommend MZR. Ross diagnosed a main issue that neither Severn Trent nor The Drain Doctor were able to find. We had previously spent over £1.000 trying to get to the bottom of things when as MZR found, the main issue was actually a council owned highways drain feeding local drainage water into our private property causing awful smells and leaving pungent stagnant water in the pipes. Alex was absolutely brilliant dealing with a blocked drain and overflowing inspection chamber. Really grateful for all his help, dealing with the blockage further down the road, coming back to tell me what was happening and reassuring me about everything. Also cleaned up as much as possible for me. While I hope I never have to deal with this again I would thoroughly recommend MZR drainage and call them again.
