I had a real problem with my drain rods getting stuck down the rodding point, and Scot from MZR Drainage came out to sort it. He arrived quickly, was professional from start to finish, and had the issue fixed within the hour. Not many companies even offer proper rod removal, but Scot handled it with ease. Really knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service – he explained what he was doing and made sure everything was left clean and working perfectly. Couldn’t recommend Scot and MZR Drainage highly enough-top service

Very impressed with MZR. Easy booking, no fuss, updates via text and called before arriving. Fixed the blocked kitchen drain and had all the equipment needed in their van. Nice and courteous. I like the fixed fee with no hidden extras.
I had a serious drain issue in my house. External drain and both upstairs and downstairs toilets were completely blocked (given the interlinked nature) meaning I couldn't use the toilet or any of the sinks. Clearly a serious emergency. I contacted Mike who responded immediately and booked Paul to fix the situation. Paul did a fantastic job and cleared the issue promptly.
