This was my first time coming across this business. I ordered some triathlon gear to Ireland. It arrived super quick and their pricing for what I needed was the best around! A++, cheers guys
You pay for shipping (fair) You pay to return the item via Royal Mail yourself (OK) They email that the item is received, 21 days to refund ( in the terms but why so long?) You wait , no refund appears , you email it is 21 working days (OK) 7 weeks later no refund email again the refund is made manually but £4 less in your account , the terms do state they take this, on questioning it is for shipping ( which you have paid for ) 7 weeks and a big hassle £10+ to try in a swimsuit that wasn’t described very well AVOID
Great service and advice on the right equipment. when the wetsuit arrived it was a perfect fit.
Really poor company- returned an item a month ago and even though they state it can be upto 3 weeks it’s still not in my account and they even charged me for processing when they take a month to return a refund even after sending 8 emails chasing. I asked to raise a complaint and heard nothing back at all- won’t be using again and please avoid!
Fast efficient service, and replied quickly to my slightly unusual request. Acting quickly and professionally they sorted everything thing out for me. My wife received her Christmas present on time.
