Disgusting company DO NOT rent with them. They made us live with bed bugs for the whole year, that were there before we moved in and then made out they were never there before and tried to get us to pay for the treatments. After countless treatments which they eventually did pay for the bed bugs weren’t going away and they refused to solve the root cause of the problem. Used to be a tenant in one of their properties. I accidentally ordered a parcel to my previous address. The team were really helpful and responded to my email right away. Not only did MTR charge us insane prices for our deposit (reseal, mold etc even though we sent emails asking for these to be fixed during the year) but we were put into a very unsafe situation regarding a criminal offence being committed against us (5 girls) by neighbours (an individual who was on tag) whilst in our house. Have been using MTR for a year now and their properties are second to none. The homes are absolutely spotless the day you pick up your keys and the team are quick to help out when it comes to help using fire alarms, kitchen appliances and anything else you need to use at the home. The house’s are at a great standard for the price you pay and are designed well to meet everyone’s needs. Dixie and her team are very easy to work with and are always available to help as soon as you need them.
