I am at Magnolia Pointe and did not book through Myrtlewood Villas. Our unit is on the 1st floor and a very quiet area. So far everything is good except I thought I was going to have the use of the indoor pool. There is an extra charge for this. I do get a mail box at no extra charge.
We really enjoyed our stay so much we booking our stay for next summer!
This place was one big disaster from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. I've tried emailing them and they won't even respond to my emails. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is dirty, very much in need of upgrading inside the condos and unorganized...
Once you realize Myrtle Beach is an entire city and not just a beach you will do better. My wife was upset because we were so far from the actual beach area (10min Drive). Units was just OK ...upon entry very clear unit needs painting in kitchen and hall areas. My wife said she saw a baby roach in kitchen area. I have a bad back and need supportive chairs. The sofas and chairs are deeply broken in and uncomfortable. I would stay here again. Price was not to bad. All family in one unit.
I was highly disappointed in our stay. The unit furniture was broken (my son slept on the pull out couch because his bed was so rickety the headboard banged the wall every time we moved.) Our east facing master bedroom had match stick bamboo blinds that left no privacy at night and allowed the sun to come streaming in the morning. Doors were broken going into various rooms.
