I advise you to stay somewhere else!! Worst experience ever. The couch had stains on it as well as the carpet. The extra pillows and blankets in the closet had what looked like blood on it. Everything was dusty, mirror in room was broken, paint missing from the walls. Remotes did not work, microwave had burn stains in it and the stove was unbearable to cook on. I could go on and on!! My family and I had a horrible experience with Myrtlewood Villas. We had roaches and a lizard in a poorly kept unit and a door that would unlock on it's own. There were not enough towels and wash clothes and no broom, where does that happen! We could not stay there with the uninvited guest so we had to stay in a hotel our first night. While they were accommodating with putting us into a new unit they were not willing to refund us any money, didn't inquire as to how our stay was at checkout, and only offered an I'm sorry when... read more
all the amenities like being at home
We were not please with accommodation .We chose myrtle wood villas to stay for our family reunion.we did a group booking in February of over 60 people when we got there the family was all sent to different buildings block's away from each other on top of that some of the apartments weren't clean garbage in the room beds not changed one of the 3 bedrooms the sofas was torn up looks like it was picked up from a dumpster ,roaches in most of the kitchens we had no a.c. for a night and most of the following day. Very clean place, big screen TV, everything is so beautiful here, me and friend love it here, even the kids love it, we definately coming back . So clean here
We had been here 2 hours and the lady under us called security at 6pm for my kids waking in the room bc she could hear it under us. Another woman came by and told us that she does it to everyone that stays here & her permanent neighbors bc she is head of the HOA and $100 fine is charged every time security comes after 10pm. But if you have a dog you can leave it on screened in porch to bark all night and morning and it’s perfectly ok! 😠 After being up since 5:30 am I was hoping for a good nights sleep.
