Great place never had any issues! It's a condo and not a hotel! Apparently if your too high maintenance then go stay at a hilton! This place is the best place I've stayed! And it's perfect for my family of 4! My two young boys love it!!!
We checked into a dirty room with no working tv in any room. A half working refrigerator. Called and went to office waited 4 hours still no assistance til the next morning. To top it off they processed the security deposit said we damaged the room. Luckily I took Pictures of everything that was wrong with room when we got there. First and last time there
Me and my family have stayed at different locations when we come to Myrtle Beach and this is the most wonderful place we've stayed at. This will be our home away from home stay from now on!!!
We paid reservations for them to hold our room we get here they gave our room away...They said the money we paid is to hold a space not to lock in no room...Tell me what reservations are forhere at Myrltewood Villas...Check-in time was at 3 o'clock we didn't get in our room til after 5....And it wasn't the right room....They gave us a queen size bed and it was two twin size beds pulled together....I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody.....
Our room was absolutely horrible. Dead spiders in living room. Roaches crawling across the floor. Fire alarm going off sporadically. It's 1:22am and our fire alarm has gone off twice in 15 minutes. Jose, night security, came by to check it out and said "no fire going to have to wait until morning- I'm not maintenance" when I asked what we were suppose to do if it keep going off, I was told "you're just going to have to deal with it until morning, I'm not maintenance." Got here at 3:07 and waited until 6:30 to get into our room that was "not cleaned yet, house keeping is running behind" just to find roaches out in the open. Will NOT stay a min in this place. Full refund is the only recourse!
The people who just checked into building 35, unit 203 are inconsiderate and loud. Beer cans all over too. I tried to call the noise complaint phone number but it was not working. They were in the pool past midnight and loud until at least 3am. Couldn't sleep. These ignorant people will tarnish your name.
Horrible management! Stole my deposit even though I cancelled my reservation over a month in advance! Management lacks common sense and are a bunch of thieves!!!
Worst customer service ever! I had an issue, called the front desk and was hung up on. I called back twice just for it to ring and ring and noone answer me.
