For the most part it was a good place. They supply the first round of paper products and trash can liners. No where does it say that I found that they inform you of that, luckily there is plenty of places to re stock the items you need. The indoor lazy river is not worth going to and is very small. Our 3 bedroom villa master was to have a king size bed if I recall correctly. It ended up being 2 different style twin mattresses, 2 frames with a foam wedge on top. Our first stay two years ago was amazing. No complaints... Fast forward to this year and it was one bad thing after the other. Complete 180 turn around. Mold galore in he walls. Mega mold! Maintenance came with a spray bottle of bleach. We decided to leave before they tried to wipe away the mold. We changed "Villas", but the next one had mold in the bathrooms. And the shower door opened against the toilet. We had to climb over the toilet to take a shower.
3 months after our stay our entire baseball organization still talks about DIRTY Myrtle. The place had all the potential in the world to be great but failed in almost every category. Almost half of our teams families had to switch condos because of the uncleanliness of what they were given. The staff for the most part was unfriendly and unreliable. Had a wonderful time here this past weekend. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Wide variety of complimentary dvd rentals, complimentary bike rentals, the condo itself was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were closed for repairs but I can't blame them as its their quiet season. We bad a great time for our first trip to Myrtle Beach and will definitely be back!

Our 1 bedroom condo was DISGUSTING!! The comforter and the sheets were stained. The bed was full of what I hope was just dirt. The rugs were filthy. Cable didn't work and the unit was not stocked like it was supposed to be. The furniture was stained and torn. I complained and they gave me a whopping $39 refund. The pool was also nasty.
The condo was really nice the staff and neighbours were very friendly. The only complaint I have is the linen that was folded and put away in the closet was dirty and stained. The dishes in the cabinets were washed by had dried food on them. The carpets in all the rooms had stains and needs a professional shampooing. Other than this we enjoyed our stay. Spaciousness quite very relaxing. No motorcycle allowed in condors area. Private parking and security for bikes
I give this place 5 stars. We were in building 4787 villa 304, it was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It's a nice quiet place with lots of amenities, my kids loved the free access to all the pools and the lazy river as well as the free DVD rental. Also you get free tickets to some of the attractions!
