Horrible! carpet in our room made you not even want to take your shoes off. when we arrived it was 86° and smelled terrible inside. we aired it out and left. came back it still smelled really bad. we finally just started searching for the smell and found raw fish under the sheets on the bed me daughters were laying on. when I called they told us nobody was on site to do anything about it and they would compensate in the morning. Came with a team playing at Ripken. Our room was run down compared to others and dirty. Our door looked kicked in and was hard to close. Toaster caught fire day 1 and they won’t fix it. Didn’t have enough towels for our family. Took 3 days to finally get more. Also, don’t plan to have your kids be kids and play in the grass. Every single day kids kicked off grass playing catch while cooking on the grills...”against HOA rules”. Oh - we were told we can play cornhole in the parking lot. Seriously? RecommendedAbsolutely the best place ever The staff is so friendly they even helped us find our reservation that was lost in cyberspace our view is amazing a pool my kids love it Tomorrow we're going to the beach and we cannot wait I never want to leave this is my get away place now
Always clean, easy access to all N Myrtle beach has to offer.
I'm here as we speak. My family and I have waited 2 hours to check in. We are still waiting for another room!! We arrived at 330; it's now 6pm. No room!!!! Ridiculous, on all levels!!!!
Every Time we come to myrtle beach we stay here. The condos are like being at home. Love it here. It's very quite. The pools are clean and very well taken of. The indoor pool Are very clean, always busy.
The condo was nice, the staff was friendly. There were a few things here and there that needed to be replaced (the hinge on the screen door, and vacuum) but overall the place was clean.
We go in to a bed broke the floors were oily they moved us the room was dirty the ice machine didn't work the commode both leaked they didn't tell me when I checked in the pool lazy river and got tub were closed. Never again
I would have given it 5 starts but there was roaches in our condo.
