I thought by paying a little extra for a room, it would be better. When I get there to check in, I was greeted by dissatisfied customers complaining about they rooms. Then on top of that I wasn't told until I arrived I will have to 100 dollars deposit that I would would received in 7 to 14 business days. I get to my room and the toilet and the microwave didn't work. I also found out the section I stayed in didn't have wifi.
Beautiful place but besides the pools nothing for kids to do. I can't believe adults/ children at waters edge. Gator signs posted & still no care in the world. Watched a guy fish today & use gator sign to hold up his pole. I'm all for fishing but do not want to see someone lose their life over stupidity.
I really enjoyed myself everything was very nice. Nice spacious room's. Looking to return next year for more time.
Stayed in two bedroom condo. Check-in staff was sooo accommodating. Our daughter has autism and had a 'freak out' in the crowded lobby waiting in line to check in. They let us check in quickly and we could not be more appreciative. The unit we stayed in was clean. Only hiccup our king bed was two full size beds pushed together but we didn't care. Very nice view of golf course, easy access to pool. Very nice and clean pool. Surprisingly large unit, so glad I didn't listen to some of the poor reviews. Really was a great stay.
Truly amazing place. I stayed at Buulding 35, unit 303, in a 2 bedroom condo overlooking the swimming pool. It was quiet, everything worked, and I felt right at home. The condo was beyond perfect, with wifi, quiet ceiling fans, beautiful views, balcony, simply the best! I will be back and I will always request that particular unit.
