I thought by paying a little extra for a room, it would be better. When I get there to check in, I was greeted by dissatisfied customers complaining about they rooms. Then on top of that I wasn't told until I arrived I will have to 100 dollars deposit that I would would received in 7 to 14 business days. I get to my room and the toilet and the microwave didn't work. I also found out the section I stayed in didn't have wifi.
I really enjoyed myself everything was very nice. Nice spacious room's. Looking to return next year for more time.
Truly amazing place. I stayed at Buulding 35, unit 303, in a 2 bedroom condo overlooking the swimming pool. It was quiet, everything worked, and I felt right at home. The condo was beyond perfect, with wifi, quiet ceiling fans, beautiful views, balcony, simply the best! I will be back and I will always request that particular unit. Best place to stay ever! Friendly, excellent service, and immaculate atmosphere!! We will continue to stay here here every year! We have stayed here two years in a row!
Stayed here a week and nothing but problems since we got here. So much was wrong!
Very clean, and it's a quiet area
You walk in beautiful. Then the bedroom. The pillows had no pillow case. And they were stain. So we couldn't use them. The patio was nasty. And have photos to prove. We told them three times over 2 days. And nothing. The went to kitchen. And you there they were. A zillions ants. We have up and left.
