We are at Magnolia Point. Magnolia Lake Dr. Here for Cal Ripken Experience. Loving our place. VERY CLEAN!!!!!! Absolutle beautiful inside. The owners keep the condo very well kept. No issues at all!
Apartment we stayed in was nice. Only problem, I got stung by a wasp. Numerous wasps nests are around. Place needs to be sprayed. It could create an issue because there's always a possibility of one of your tenants being allergic to insect stings and going into an anaphylactic shock and dying and a huge lawsuit being filed.
Bed bugs bedbugs. No protocols in place. We got lit up got here Thursday realized Sunday. Told them they said we can move. We were leaving Monday am. Stayed elsewhere o er night and picking our stuff up in morning. They didn't care and didn't even want info. All not up but it's our fault because we didn't move even though we stayed some where else. Horrible customer service. Didn't even have someone come look.
don't get me wrong the condo and the place itself is a very pretty and very clean. But they only give you two rolls of toilet paper go outbuy toilet paper you need buy dish soap they don't give you any that so on top of spending $1,000 for a room you need to go out and buy all the supplies to go. Also on you driving through Myrtlewood you take your life in your hand we went out for a walk with the other day almost got ran over and just coming back to the room this morning so just decides the past three cars and almost hit a ... read more
We come ever year and we always stay here, we got the first floor this year. I will return!!! Love it here best place ever!! Even thinkin about living here
very nice, clean and if any repaits were needed, theycame right away.
Beautiful place to stay! Well taking care & the lawns are well groomed. 2 nice golf courses. Condos are updated! Jim Perry
Nothing good to say about this place! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
