Room was dirty. Sharing spaces are also extremely dirty and disorganised. They are working remote from center city of London and seemed never going out to check directly their properties if the cleaning/roles are correctly made. once you complain about it, again never move themselves, never try to see the reality. Avoid at all costs. My experience with Myrooms was appalling. The living conditions were disgusting. My clothes and shoes were completely ruined due to mould, which was a pre-existing issue, as mould-cleaning products were already left behind when I moved in. They will ask you to pay £75 to install a locker on your door because the front door can’t be locked properly, and it’s highly possible someone can easily walk into the house.
