Nice enough people but unable to manage staff or achieve anything. Always make professional sounding promises but fail to keep. Excuses galore and blame other people rather than take any responsibility. They genuinely don’t care & don’t have systems in place to compensate for their extremely poor levels of organisation.

The best factoring company I have come across. Quick response, respectful workteam when on property. Matters are dealt with promptly as are any queries. Pricing in line with other factors but Myreside give a more personal touch.

I called Myreside yesterday to tell them that the cleaners had come in to clean the stairs, but only did a minute of hoovering, then disappeared. I’m fed up with their lack of cleaning; that’s if they actually show up! This time, I watched him through the spy hole on my door, as I’m sick of calling Myreside to complain and being spoken to as if I’m making it all up. Their personal skills are awful. AVOID!! This is one of the worst businesses to deal with. For a few years now our block have used Myreside for stair cleaning. We are down for a fortnightly wash, but it’s been over five weeks sometimes before we see them, and that’s only because we end up calling Myreside. When the cleaners come, nine times out of ten they pretend to wash the floors. They have a scam where they do a little bit of hoovering, then wash the last couple of steps on the bottom floor and ground at the entrance for effect. They are in the stair fo... read more
