Great experience from start to finish. We ordered a new mattress, ordering was simple, communications was excellent and it was delivered on the date/time stated. I was a little concerned that there was a manufacturing problem with one side of the mattress. I was asked for one or two photos and the customer service rep offered to swap it out immediately with no arguments. Communications on when the swap would take place was great. Super delivery and service, the delivery drivers unpacked my new mattress and put it on the divan base, they took all the rubbish/packaging away, definitely worth paying that little extra, helped me a lot as I have mobility problems, my new mattress is so comfortable, it was recommended to me from a friend, Romantica Pocket Rose Mattress, my dog couldn’t wait to try it
